Smoking is not good for health
Did you know that 1 ciggarette contain
around 4000 dangerous chemicals?
Cigarettes is a rolled or wrapped
tobacco, the size of the little finger is about 8-10 cm, usually someone smokes
after the tip burned. Cigarette are dangerous chemical , only by burning and
smoking a cigarette can produced more
than 4000 hazardous chemicals. 400 of them are toxic and 40 of them can
accumulate in the body and can cause cancer.
Ciggarettes also include addictive
substances because they can cause addiction and dependencies for people who
suck it. Benzene, ammonia, formaldehyde, acetone,
tar, carbon monoxide are hazardous substances contained in cigarettes but even
it is a dangerous thing, people still smoking until now and not only man who
smoke but even woman too.
Cigarettes first
used by virtual maya and aztecs, and cigarettes first came from central america
.The tradition of smoking for maya and aztec
symbolizes as a form of friendship by them.
Cigarettes contain thousands of substances where 50 percent of them have been classified as substances that have adverse effects on human health. Other substances which are dangerous and often referred to include Tar and Nicotine. Tar is a substance that causes cancer. While Nicotine is a substance that can stimulate the nerves and brain, causing an addiction effect. This is what makes a smoker often difficult to escape from the trap of cigarettes because cigarettes have an addiction substance. Of the total cases of heart disease that occur in humans, 25 percent are the result of smoking.
In addition there is also passive smoking, someone
who breathes cigarette smoke from active smokers and Passive smoking is also at
risk for diseases such as lung cancer, sneezing and coughing, respiratory
infections. That all can happen because in cigarette smoke there are twice as
many nicotine substances, five times more carbon monoxide and dangerous chemicals
up to many times.
The role of
parents, teachers, and the community is needed to overcome smokers at an early
age Schools and staff must commit to freeing schools from cigarettes. Teachers,
employees and parents and all people who visit schools are not allowed to smoke as in
hospitals.
This is a form of example. Of course it would be strange and
reasonable if only students were banned from smoking.Activities that involve youth, especially students,
may not use sponsors from tobacco companies or those associated with them.
Parents who
smoke do not show themselves when smoking in front of their children and if
indeed they cannot stop smoking. But if parents can stop smoking, of course it
will be better because they can be emulated by their children.
If children
have free time, the task of parents is to encourage them in positive activities
so that they have no time to smoke. These activities can be like tutoring,
sports, music and so on. Even better if parents participate in it.
